After being dismissed from the North Dakota State team last month, Sarah Jacobson (5-8 JR guard, Fargo, ND) will be transferring to Minnesota State–Moorhead (D-II), with two years of eligibility.
“I just had a really good feel when I talked to the coaches and the players,” Jacobson said.
Jacobson played her first two college seasons at NDSU before redshirting this past season for health reasons. She was dismissed from the team near the end of February.
The 5-foot-8 point guard started 59 games in her first two seasons at NDSU, averaging 9.6 points and 3.7 assists per game. Jacobson shot 38 percent (98 of 26) from 3-point range with the Bison.“It was definitely a weight lifted off my shoulders and I’m excited for the next chapter,” Jacobson said. “I’m super grateful and thankful for the time I had at NDSU.”

Samantha Keltos (6-3 JR forward, St. Catherines, ON) is returning to her hometown, having signed with Brock University (St. Catherines, Ontario), after transferring from St. Francis Brooklyn. She played in 81 games over three seasons with the Terriers, averaging 3 PPG in 9.7 MPG.
“Coming to Brock feels like home. I’ve grown up here and spent a lot of time attending basketball games and the university’s sports camps here when I was younger,” said Keltos. “Brock was the perfect fit for me. Words can’t even describe how excited I am for the upcoming season. I’m ready to step up and play wherever Coach Rao needs me to play.”
Keltos’ mother, Sharon, is an alumna and played for the Brock women’s basketball team for former coach Chris Critelli.
“Sam is a huge step in the right direction for Brock women’s basketball program,” said Rao. “She is a game changer and a tremendous student-athlete. She is going to do really well in our program.”

Eryka Sidney (5-6 JR point guard, Houston, TX) has announced that she’s transferring from Texas Tech. She was a juco transfer from San Jacinto College. In her one season at Texas Tech, Sidney played in 30 games, starting 12 (mostly early in the season) and averaging 4.2 PPG and 2.4 APG in 20.2 MPG.

Braxtin Miller (5-10 SO point guard, Dayton, OH) is putting her name in the transfer portal, per a source. She was Oklahoma State‘s #2 scorer in 2018-19 (14.7 PPG) and led the team in assists (3.5/game). Miller was named honorable mention All-Big 12 this season and last.

Arsula Clark (5-9 SO shooting guard, Douglasville, GA) is transferring from Louisiana–Monroe. She was the team’s leading scorer (14.2 PPG) and rebounder (7.3/game) during the 2018-19 season. ULM is looking for a new head coach, after Jeff Dow recently announced he would not seek a contract extension.

Erica Martinsen (5-9 FR guard, Clarence, NY) announced that she’s transferring from Virginia. This article has some background info on her.
Martinsen appeared in 26 games this winter without making a start. She averaged 10.7 minutes and 4.7 points a game. She scored a season-high 15 points in games against Kentucky and Saint Louis. Known as a spot-up shooter, she finished fourth on the team with 32 3-pointers and shot 30.8 percent from beyond the arc. . . .
Martinsen’s short tenure at Virginia was a bit rocky. She was suspended by head coach Tina Thompson twice for unspecified violations of team rules, including during the ACC Tournament.

Shaina Pellington (5-7 SO point guard, Pickering, ON) announced that she’s transferring from Oklahoma. This article also covers her transfer.
Pellington, the Big 12 freshman of the year in 2017-18, averaged 13 points and made 12 starts this season, but didn’t play the last five games despite practicing with the team.
The Sooners finished 8-22 after being eliminated from the Big 12 tournament by Texas Tech last week. OU coach Sherri Coale indicated Pellington’s play in practice, and some games, was a reason her playing time declined.

Delicia Washington (5-10 JR guard, Macclenny, FL) has announced that she’s transferring from Florida. She played in 28 games during the 2018-19 season, starting 19 and averaging 10.5 PPG, 7.6 RPG, and 2.6 APG.

Tehya Lyons (5-7 FR point guard, Norcross, GA) is now listed in the NCAA transfer portal database (per this tweet). She has not played at all for Pitt during the 2018-19 season while recovering from a knee injury, so she retains four years of eligibility.

Jhileiya Dunlap (6-2 JR forward, Columbia, SC) is no longer listed on the Ole Miss roster, and she is looking to transfer, with one year of eligibility left. She played in 24 games in 2018-19, starting 10 and averaging 5.9 PPG and 3.7 RPG in 18.5 MPG. A juco transfer from Gulf Coast State College, Dunlap originally signed with North Carolina out of high school.
