Fulwiley scores her 2,000th point (Columbia Star, 1/27/2022)

From the moment Keenan’s Milaysia Fulwiley burst onto the scene as a seventh grader during the 2017-2018 2A girls basketball playoffs, she has wowed crowds with her performances. She’s on track to be one of the more decorated high school athletes in recent memory. Earlier this month, she achieved a rare milestone, scoring her 2,000th point.

“It means a lot to me,” Fulwiley said. “Some won’t even reach 2,000 in four years, and I haven’t even finished my four years yet. I’m very excited and humbled.”

Even though she’s a junior, Fulwiley is in the middle of her fourth full season with the Lady Raiders and her fifth overall. She was called up to the varsity as a seventh grader during Keenan’s 2017-2018 playoff run.
