“Micaela is someone that I have spent time with, and I have gotten to know her and her family over the last two years at the University of Kansas,” remarked head coach Aqua Franklin. “It was really important to her to get closer to home and give her family the opportunity to watch her play. Micaela is long, athletic and skilled forward who has the ability to stretch the defense. She will be able to create miss matches on the offensive end with the ability to score from inside and out. She is a steal for the Southland Conference.”
