Toller talked to the Louisville Courier Journal about why she picked UK.
“All of the other colleges showed support after my injuries, but UK showed support like they were my parents,” Toller said. “They’ve had coaches and players who have torn ACLs, so they know the process. It was crazy the support they showed me.”
The Wildcats have now quickly landed two commits in the 2020 recruiting class, with Nyah Leveretter, 6-2 F, Westwood HS (Blythewood, SC), having committed last week.

Anna LeMaster, 5-9 SG, Stone Bridge HS (Ashburn, VA): announced her commitment to Dayton (Atlantic 10). She’s the first 2020 commit for the Flyers. Casey Santoro, 5-4 PG, Bellevue HS (OH): The Sandusky Register provides more details on Santoro’s recent commitment to Kent State (MAC).
Santoro’s father and coach Kory Santoro said the Golden Flashes’ coaching staff had been watching Casey play in AAU games the last two years, but that her play at the recent Classic in the Country sealed the deal.
“I know they’ve followed her, but it was the Classic in the Country where they watched her play, and he was impressed with the way she played against some of the taller guards that were already committed to Division I for Aurora,” Coach Santoro said. “(Kent State coach Todd Starkey) had been watching her for a while, but he just needed to see her play with her high school team.”
