Sadie Williams, 5-11 G, East Ascension HS (Gonzales, LA): announced her commitment to UL Monroe (Sun Belt), during an official visit there (her first one).
Ambrea Gentle, 6-2 C, Evanston Township HS (IL): announced her commitment to Southeast Missouri (OVC), their fourth 2020 commit.
Katherine “Kate” Goostrey, 5-7 G, Rosary Academy (Fullerton, CA): is on her first official visit, to Army.
Charia Roberts, 5-11 F, Pikesville HS (Baltimore, MD): committed to Loyola Maryland (Patriot League).
Ellie Taylor, 5-5 G, Elizabethtown HS (KY): The Elizabethtown News-Enterprise has more on Taylor’s commitment to Northern Kentucky earlier this week. She chose the Norse over Radford and William & Mary and also took a visit to Austin Peay.
“I thought about it for a week and I was like, ‘This is what I really want to do,’” said Taylor, currently playing volleyball for the Lady Panthers. “For me, the biggest thing was not only my freshman year, but the years to come. Me and my dad looked up tapes and just spending time with them, I really liked them a lot. I know they’re gonna be really good.
“The class just above me, the freshmen this year, is going to be really good.”
Morgan Darnell, 5-6 PG, Gahanna Lincoln HS (OH): picked up an offer from Hartford.
Olivia Hollenbeck, 6-3 C, Lincoln Christian HS (NE): announced her commitment to Fort Hays State (D-II). She had a few D-I offers: Cleveland State, Eastern Illinois, and Omaha.
Patricia Anumgba, 5-6 G, Paint Branch HS (Burtonsville, MD): committed to UMBC (America East).
